Is Delivery Free?

Yes, we offer free delivery on all orders, no matter what the value of the order.

 

I ordered a bed with mattresses but the mattresses weren't delivered with the bed (or vice versa) Is this normal?

Yes, this is completely normal. Please don't be alarmed. Our beds and mattresses are stored in separate warehouses across the country and are sent via different couriers. Beds are delivered by DX or Panther. Mattresses are delivered by Yodel, UPS or Tuffnells, depending on the size of the mattress. If you have specified a preferred date for delivery, we endeavour to ensure all items are delivered on the same date.

 

Can You Deliver On A Specific Date?

Items that are available for next day delivery, for example our guest beds, can have delivery arranged for any weekday of your choice on any future date. If you wish to choose a specific delivery date please contact us or leave a note at the checkout.

 

Do You Deliver Outside Of The UK?

Unfortunately, we currently only deliver to mainland UK. Please see www.bbfurniturestore.co.uk/pages/delivery-services for our full delivery options. 

 

Do You Deliver At Weekends?

On certain items we are able to organise a delivery on a Saturday morning between 8am and 12pm.

However, there is an extra charge for this service. If you wish to discuss a weekend delivery, please contact us on sales@bbfurniturestore.com.

 

 

 

Can I Track My Order?

Tracking is provided once your order has left our warehouse. You will be sent an email with all the relevant information on.

 

If I Have A Problem With An Item, Can I Return It?

If you think there is a manufacturing fault with your item, please let us know as soon as possible. Email sales@bbfurniturestore.com with your order number, details and photographs of the issue and we'll resolve it straight away.

 

Can I Return An Item If I Don't Want Or Like It?

If you would like to return an item to us you may do so within 14 days of receiving it. A collection charge will be levied for goods that are simply unwanted. This covers the charge of the carriers only. Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns of items that have been used, such as mattresses, for hygiene purposes. We can only refund for the items which are returned to us. We ask that all packaging is retained in good order until your satisfaction is met.

 

Will My Item(s) Come With A Guarantee?

All items come with at least one years manufacturer's guarantee. Please see individual item descriptions for length of guarantee provided. 

 

What Payment Methods Are Offered?

Payments can be made via a secure gateway by all major credit and debit cards. We also accept payment through PayPal. All methods are offered at the checkout.

 

Is Your Site Secure?

It certainly is. All details you send to us are encrypted and sent across a secure connection. The green padlock in the address bar means that information you send or get through our site is private.

 

Will You Pass My Details On To A Third Party?

Never! We will only ever use your information to contact you regarding an outstanding order. Your personal details will never go any further than our own database.
