At BB Furniture Store we are sure that you will be happy with your purchase. Once your goods have been received, we do encourage you to contact us with any issues you may have. We ask that photos are attached as these will help to explain any issues.
If the product you have purchased is found to be unsuitable within 14 working days following delivery, providing the item(s) is returned in its original packaging and in 'as new' condition and all packaging is unopened, a full refund will be issued.
Rolled up mattresses that have been opened and expanded cannot be returned to us. As a result of this, we cannot provide a full refund on mattresses that have been opened. In cases like this we will offer a goodwill refund, set at 50% of the sale price of the mattress(es).
Please ensure that your order is checked thoroughly for any sign of damage before disposing of the inner and outer packaging. We would also require that all orders are checked in terms of size, model and colour etc before assembling the product as we cannot accept any items that have been assembled. A collection charge will be levied for goods that are simply unwanted or for any reason other than a faulty item, after delivery has been made. This covers the charge of the carriers only and will be deducted from the refund amount.
We will never charge for returned items that are faulty.
Any items to be returned will be organised and a convenient time will be arranged beforehand for the carrier to collect.
As soon as the goods are returned to us in the original packaging, a refund will be issued into the account that you have used to make the purchase.
